Main cockpit is home to a Clarion marine head unit and dual 5.25” Rockford speakers in custom sealed enclosures.

Dual 5.25" Rockford speakers in custom sealed enclosures tucked just above foot well area for great sound and to not take up any valuable space.

For the main source we used a Clarion marine head unit for its water and sand proof characteristics. Ipod and Sirius satellite radio along with AM/FM/CD gives plenty of options to listen to. We fabricated carbon fiber plate to mount the radio to and help give it extra support in the plastic dash panel.

For a strong front sound stage, we fabricated a couple sealed speaker pods out of carbon fiber and secured them to the underside of the dash using factory mounting locations. Each enclosure houses two Rockford 5.25” Power Series coaxial speakers.

To keep rear passengers entertained, we built another pair of carbon fiber speaker pods, also sealed and housing a Rockford 5.25” speaker.

Tucked under the rear seat is an enclosure for two 10” Rockford subwoofers. We added some led lighting and mirrored plexi-glass inside the enclosure for some added flair. The rear seat was raised 1.5” with some custom fabricated mounts so that there would be enough air space and mounting depth.

The two Rockford amplifiers were mounted in a sealed box to keep them dry and safe from the outdoor elements. We installed a plexi-glass window for viewing and a cylinder fan with an air filter in the amp box to help keep the amplifiers running cool. We modified the factory tailgate so that the amplifiers could be viewed when closed. After all modifications were made, we hand laid some carbon fiber onto the tailgate to finish off the project.
